30 Days / 30 Pounds

Hi Everyone
I'm 30 days out and 30 pounds gone, I guess my lucky number is 30 . Not sure if this is the normal weight loss for 30 days. Or do others have bigger result's? I think that is great for me. Only two problems that have occurred for me is having a hard time going potty and the other one being this pass Sunday. We were at my father in laws and I took with me canned chicken breast with low fat miracle whip(1/2cup). I forgot my 1/2 slice of toast at home. My niece gave me a half of piece of Melba Toast. Well after three small bites with my chicken, I got this pain just below my rib cage.. Did it hurt??? YES! I ended up getting sick and didn't feel well for a few hours. My guess is I didn't get the toast chewed up good enough. Needless to say I didn't eat anything for dinner that night either. Sense then I have been fine.
Today I started my reg food for life.
Pills
breakfast protein drink
lunch 1/2 c of soup
supper 1/2 of 1/2 Sm chicken breast , 1/4 c green beans
water in between meals.
I didn't get the snacks in at all today if I did I would never get to drink any water! Snack for tonight I plan on doing another protein drink.
Any input is always appreciated.
Good luck on Sat Kristy, I will be thinking of you!
Thanks and good luck to you all
Cheryl
Keep up the great work!

Jan I think I failed on both.. chewing and eating to fast.. The only bread I eat is a dry Italian bread after it has been toasted and I mean toasted!! I can usually eat a piece that is about 1.5 inch by 2.5 inch. I only have it about once a week. I too drink two protein drinks a day. If i have the soggy corn flakes for breakfast then I have the protein drink for my mid morning snack. Or do the drink for breakfast then cheese for snack. The only time I have the toast is with canned chicken breast. Does anyone know if we can every have TOMATOES again in our life time? I know they can cause ulcers.
I wanted to ask you if you have heard from Shelly? I haven't, hope she is doing alright.

I have heard from Shelly and will see her Thursday when I drop my dogs off on my way down state and to PA for a dog show. I'm showing a puppy of hers at the Terrier specialty in Montgomery County, PA. She's still not able to keep anything down, not even water. She won't listen and has an excuse for everything. She frustrates me at times! Can you tell??? I don't know how she's functioning without any nutrition. She said her acid reflux is worse than ever. Don't know what to tell her, but if I did, she wouldn't listen anyway. (I'm in a frustrated stage right now)
Tonight for dinner I had tuna salad on ritz crackers. Not many, but enough to feel satisfied. Now I'm thinking of a sugar free popcicle. I love the banana ones I used to get at Kroger, but there is no Kroger up here. I also miss my carbmaster yogurt from Kroger. I also eat cheese for snacks alot.

I start out most days with a cup of protein/decaf coffee. That means I get 1/2 my protein for the day plus 6 oz of fluids. Some times I use sk milk for my snack so that is a fluid plus gives you a little protein. You need to just carry around a water bottle at all times. But I too have a hard time getting all my fluids in. Good luck
